  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • A thumb-sized piece of ginger
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tsp of honey (optional)


  • Rinse the rosemary and separate the leaves.
  • Slice the ginger and lemon.
  • Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and put it on the stove, covered.
  • Once the water boils, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes (gentle boil).
  • Then remove from the heat and let it rest for an additional 10 minutes.
  • You can add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten the drink.
