Cleanse out your insides with this delicious lemon mint ginger water!

It is loaded with antioxidants like vitamin C, which aids the body in weight loss. Antioxidants help remove toxins from fat cells, which naturally reduces water retention and fat cell size.

What I like most about this water is that it contains mint. Not many people consume mint in their day-to-day lives, but it is an incredibly beneficial herb. It contains strong antioxidants, as well as vitamin A, calcium, folate, potassium and phosphorous. It helps prevent colorectal cancer and atherosclerosis thanks to its high salicylic acid content, and also reduces food borne pathogens.

The water also contains ginger, which is a natural metabolism-booster and excellent anti-inflammatory. It has the ability to soothe sore or swollen muscles, and is great for providing relief for an upset stomach (and even reduces bloating!).
